action plan - community beautification
Our City is in desperate need of a transformation. Our streets and sidewalks are in disrepair and must be improved. We also need to remove potholes, prostitutes and pimps.

Public Works can help with the potholes. Public Safety can work to eliminate the pimping and prostitution because of its detrimental effect on a community’s condition.
  • I recommend we work together to:
    • Put in place a Pavement Management System which would prioritize the streets to be paved. It should be data driven, based on a city-wide need and not a Ward want.
    • Better organize the efforts of the Work Release Program sentenced inmates from Glen Helen to strategically remove debris from our main corridors and our neighborhood streets.
    • Improve our partnership with the residents for beautification activities that would add to the transformation of our City.
